Order Process/Pricing

Q: How do I get a quote?

A: You can simply fill out the Quote form located here. You can just submit a few basic details on the project you are looking for, and we'll get pricing together on it.

Q: Do you offer wholesale/resell pricing?

A: Yes, we can give discounted pricing for resellers, especially on high volume orders.

Q: Do quantity discounts apply?

A: Yes, we have price breaks from 2 units to over 500 units.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Purchase Orders (from pre-approved customers), and Paypal.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Typically credit cards are charged at the time of purchased, prior to artwork being produced.

Q: Is there a minimum quantity?

A: No, we can produce a single board. With our type of printing, we don't have to produce screens, so 1 board isn't a problem, and can still be produced cost effectively.

Q: Can I get samples of custom printed materials?

A: Yes, we can provide samples. Simply fill out the Sample Request page, and we'll be able to send some printed samples out to you.

Q: What shipping methods do you use when shipping orders?

A: We typically use FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight.

Q: What makes your boards better than other companies?

A: All of our materials originate in and are assembled in the USA. We use only the highest quality materials in our products. All of our boards feature a lifetime warranty on the surface. We use state-of-the-art printing equipment. We produce boards for some of the largest organizations in the world.

Q: What is the difference between magnetic and non-magnetic surfaces?

A: Besides the magnetic option, the difference is the substrate on which the coating is applied. In the non-magnetic, the coating is applied to a 1/4" Tempered Hardboard. The magnetic surface is composed of our dry erase coating applied to 24-gauge steel.

Q: What's the warranty on your products?

A: Our warranty is currently lifetime on all of our printed surfaces. The warranty does not cover abuse such as harsh chemicals, and inappropriate cleaning methods.

Q: What's the largest size board you can do?

A: 4' x 8' is the largest size we can currently do in one piece. Murals or other types of wall-art would need to be made from multiple panels.

Q: What types of framing are available?

A: We can do silver or black aluminum framing, as well as various types of wood frames. These include Dark Oak, Medium Oak, Cherry, and Black-painted wood.

Q: Which products can be custom printed?

A: We can custom print rolling easels, cabinets, calendars, and plain boards.

Q: What's your return policy?

A: On custom-printed products, no returns are accepted. Once the drawing is approved, and the order is in production, there is no turning back.

Q: How do I clean my whiteboards?

A: Custom Printed dry erase boards may be washed as often as needed. Our coated steel is a form of glass, and should be cleaned as such. We recommend using Windex to clean the board. However, try not to let the clean contact wood on the frame of the wood framed boards, as this may damage the lacquer finish of the frame. For more stubborn stains, you can clean the board with isopropyl alcohol.

Q: How do I submit my artwork?

A: Artwork can be sent to sales@customprintedboards.com or uploaded through our online quote request system.

Q: What type of files will work for your printing process?

A: We prefer vector files such as EPS, AI and PDF files. We can also print from full-size 300 DPI raster files such as JPEG's and TIF's.
